A softer kind of welcome
A wellbeing welcome kit focuses on comfort rather than stationery, which suits people-first employers, wellness programmes and teams with many women joiners. The kit contains a 150 g scented soy wax candle in a frosted glass jar with a printed label, a 350 ml glazed ceramic mug and a 63 mm foam stress ball, set on paper shred in a printed box. Frequently asked questions
Which candle scents can we choose?
Common choices are oud, amber, vanilla, jasmine, fresh cotton and citrus. One scent per order keeps things simple, but two scents can be split if each meets its minimum. Scent names can be printed on the label in English and Arabic.
Will the candle melt in delivery?
Soy wax softens in strong heat, so kits are kept out of direct sun and delivered in covered vehicles. In the hottest months we plan delivery timing with you. The jar keeps the wax contained even if it softens.
Can we make a pink version for awareness month?
Yes. The box, mug and stress ball can all be pink, with a ribbon symbol or campaign message added to the label. The mock-up shows the full kit in your chosen colours before production.
