We work with companies, government entities, schools and organisations. Every order is branded with a logo and made to order in business quantities, so we do not sell single retail items.

The price of a corporate gift depends on the quantity, the branding method, the number of logo colours, the packaging and the delivery address. Rather than show a figure that changes later, we send a written quote for your exact order, usually with options at different budgets.

Add the products you like to your quote list from any product page, then send the list from the quote page with your quantity, deadline, delivery city and logo. You can also message us on WhatsApp. We reply with a quote, branding options and a mock-up plan.

It depends on the product and the branding method. Each product page shows its minimum order quantity, and the final figure is confirmed in your quote. Many items can be made in small runs, while custom shapes, colours and packaging usually need larger quantities.

Each product page shows a typical lead time in working days, counted from your approval of the mock-up. Custom items, imported products and busy seasons such as Ramadan and national days take longer, so we recommend planning 6 to 8 weeks ahead for seasonal orders.

Sometimes. Some products can be branded faster than others, and simple one-colour logos are quicker than full-colour or custom work. Tell us your deadline in the quote request and we will suggest products and methods that can realistically meet it, rather than promise a date we cannot keep.

Yes. Every order includes a free digital mock-up showing your logo on the product, with its size, position and colours. Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing. For larger orders, a physical pre-production sample can often be arranged; ask about it in your quote.

A vector file is best: AI, EPS, SVG or a PDF exported from design software. These stay sharp at any size and give exact colours. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send the largest version you have and we will tell you whether it is good enough for the chosen method.

It depends on the material and the look you want. Laser engraving suits metal, wood and leather; embroidery suits apparel and caps; screen printing suits bags and simple logos in larger runs; UV printing gives full colour on hard surfaces. We recommend a method for each item in your quote.

Yes. We work in English and Arabic and check Arabic text carefully before production. Many products can also be personalised with individual names, for example engraved pens, notebooks and awards. Personalisation adds a little time, so send your name list early.

Yes. Most companies combine several items, such as a bottle, a notebook and a pen, into one gift set or welcome kit. Each item keeps its own minimum quantity, and we can pack the items together in one branded box.

Yes. We offer branded gift boxes, bags, sleeves, ribbons, wax seals, tags and printed message cards, from simple kraft boxes to rigid magnetic boxes. Packaging can be added to almost any product and is included as a line in your quote.

We deliver across the GCC: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery cost and timing depend on the destination and the size of the order, and are confirmed in your quote.

Often, yes. If your gifts need to reach several offices, branches or cities, list them in your quote request. We will confirm how the order can be split, packed and delivered, and include it in the quote.

For many products we can provide a plain sample or a branded pre-production sample, depending on the item and the order size. Ask in your quote request; we will tell you what is possible and whether there is a cost.

Payment terms depend on the order and are written in your quote before you confirm anything. We issue a formal quotation and invoice in your company's name for your procurement or finance team.

Tell us as soon as possible, with photos. Because every order is approved against a mock-up and an agreed quote, we can check exactly what was agreed and put it right. Please check deliveries when they arrive.
