Frequently asked questions
Can we mix hoodie sizes and colours?
Yes. Sizes from S to XXL can be mixed freely within the order. Colours can also be mixed if each colour meets its minimum. Send the breakdown and each kit is packed and labelled to match.
How many thread colours can the embroidery use?
Embroidery handles up to about eight thread colours, which covers most logos. Very fine text below about 4 mm tall does not stitch well, so we may suggest a simplified logo on the free mock-up.
Is the hoodie suitable for warm weather?
It is a mid-weight brushed fleece made for air-conditioned offices and winter evenings in the Gulf. For outdoor teams, a lighter quarter-zip or a T-shirt can replace it in the same box.
