Is the timing exact?
Sand timers vary slightly, so a 30-minute hourglass runs within a minute or two of the stated time. It is meant for focused work and meetings rather than precise timing. Other durations such as 15 or 60 minutes are available.
Can the sand match our brand colour?
Yes. White, gold, black and blue are standard, and other colours such as green or red can be made on larger orders. We show a photo of the sand colour before production.
Will the glass break in delivery?
Each hourglass is packed in a fitted box with inserts that hold the frame, and outer cartons are padded. Breakage in transit is uncommon, and we check every piece before it leaves.
