A desk calendar that never goes out of date
A wooden perpetual calendar desk set shows the date with two numbered cubes and a month block that the owner turns each morning. Unlike a printed calendar, it does not expire on 31 December, so it can be given at any time of year and stays on the desk for years. The pen cup and card slot make it a full desk set.
- Solid walnut, oak or black ash base
- Two date cubes and a set of month blocks in English, Arabic or both
- Pen cup and business card slot
- Felt underside to protect the desk
It adds a useful, long-lasting option to our premium desk sets, part of the leather and executive gifts range.
Branding and bilingual months
The front edge of the base takes a laser-engraved logo of about 120 x 30 mm, dark and permanent on walnut and oak. Month blocks can be engraved in Arabic and English, using Gregorian month names. UV printing can add a coloured logo on black ash.
When companies give it
It is a smart alternative to printed calendars for New Year corporate gifts, since it does not need reordering each year, and a welcome gift for managers in Dubai, Jeddah and Doha. Each set is boxed. MOQ and lead time are shown here and confirmed when you request a quote.
Frequently asked questions
How does a perpetual calendar work?
Two cubes carry digits that combine to show every date from 01 to 31, and the month blocks are rotated or swapped each month. It takes a few seconds each morning and works for any year.
Can the months be in Arabic?
Yes. Month blocks can be engraved in Arabic, English or both, using Gregorian month names. Hijri months are not practical on a perpetual calendar because the dates shift each year.
Is this better than a printed calendar?
It costs more per piece than a printed calendar but lasts for years and can be given at any time. Companies that want an annual reminder often pair it with a smaller printed calendar.
