When vinyl wristbands are the right choice
A printed vinyl event wristband sits between paper-like Tyvek bands and fabric bands. It is made of three bonded layers of soft vinyl, so it is waterproof, comfortable on the skin and strong enough to last several days, including swimming and showering. A plastic snap lock clicks shut once and cannot be reopened, so the band has to be cut off.
That makes vinyl bands the standard for multi-day access at water parks, resorts, beach clubs, concerts, sports tournaments and VIP enclosures in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Doha. Organisers of conferences and exhibitions with evening functions use them for hospitality areas, and venues use them on New Year events.
Printing and security features
The logo, event name and dates are applied by screen printing in 1 or 2 colours along the band. Sequential numbering helps with ticket reconciliation, and different colours separate days, zones or guest types.

Supply and ordering
Bands are supplied flat in packs of 100, with locks pre-attached or loose, and can be packed by colour and number range for each gate. Frequently asked questions
Can guests swim or shower with the band?
Yes. Vinyl is waterproof and the printed surface is sealed, so the band survives pools, sea water and showers over several days. That is why water parks and resorts prefer vinyl to Tyvek for multi-day stays.
Can the wristband be removed and passed to another guest?
Not without cutting it. The snap lock closes once and cannot be opened again without visible damage, which helps stop band sharing at gates. Staff can check the lock quickly when guests enter a zone.
Can each wristband have a unique number?
Yes. Sequential numbers can be printed on each band for ticket matching and counting at the end of the event. Tell us the starting number and how many colours or zones you need, and we include it in the quote.
