Can the box show our logo too?
Yes. The lid can be printed with your logo in one or two colours, or wrapped in a printed sleeve. Many buyers keep the box plain black with a single white logo for a clean look. The box branding appears on the free mock-up with the other items.
Can we replace the pen with something else?
