Why a custom logo solar desktop calculator is still in demand
A custom logo solar desktop calculator is a working tool for anyone who checks figures quickly without opening a laptop: accountants, cashiers, procurement officers, real estate agents and students. Because it runs on light with a battery backup, it rarely runs flat, and a good calculator often stays on the same desk for many years with your logo in view.
- About 15 x 10 cm with a 12-digit tilted display
- Dual power: solar panel with button battery backup
- Large keys with percentage, square root and memory functions
- Optional tax or currency conversion keys on some models
It is a long-lasting, mid-priced item in our desk accessories collection, often given alongside pens and planners.
Branding the calculator
The panel between the display and the keypad is the standard logo position. Screen printing in one colour is clear and durable on plastic, and UV printing handles colour logos. Some aluminium-faced models can be laser-engraved instead. The area is small, about 50 x 15 mm, so a horizontal logo works best.
Packing and ordering
Each calculator comes in a box, with an optional printed sleeve. They are useful in new joiner packs for finance teams, as client gifts for accountancy and banking clients in Kuwait City, Manama or Riyadh, and as exhibition prizes. Combine one with a notebook from our office and stationery gifts. MOQ and lead time are shown here and confirmed when you request a calculator quote.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work in low light?
The solar cell works under normal office lighting, and the battery backup takes over in dim light. In most offices the calculator keeps working for years without a battery change.
Is a tax key version available?
Some models include tax calculation keys, which are handy for VAT in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman. We confirm the available models, functions and key layout in your quote before production.
Can the logo be in full colour?
Yes. UV printing gives a full-colour logo on the panel above the keys. For a simple one-colour logo, screen printing is the most cost-effective and very durable option for daily use.
