Why a recycled polyester cap works for outdoor teams

A recycled polyester baseball cap gives shade at outdoor events, sports days and site visits, and its fabric dries faster than heavy cotton, which matters in Gulf heat. The six-panel shell is made from polyester spun from recycled PET, with a curved peak, ventilation eyelets and an adjustable back strap that fits most adults. Embroidery or print

Embroidery on the front panels is the most durable finish: the logo is stitched at up to about 70 x 45 mm in up to 6 thread colours, and it survives sweat and washing. For fine detail or gradients, a heat transfer of about 80 x 45 mm reproduces full colour. A second small logo can go on the side or the back strap. Arabic lettering embroiders well when it is not too small, and a free digital mock-up shows the stitch layout.

Packaging and ordering

Caps are packed flat in polybags in bulk, or individually in printed boxes for client gifts. Colours can be mixed in one order. Frequently asked questions

Does a recycled polyester cap feel different from cotton?

It feels lighter and smoother than a cotton twill cap and dries faster after sweat or a wash. It is slightly less soft to touch than brushed cotton, but holds its shape well and suits outdoor use in hot weather.

How many colours can the embroidered logo have?

Up to about 6 thread colours is typical on the front panel. Very fine lines or tiny text are simplified for embroidery; we adjust the artwork and show you the stitched version on the free mock-up before production.

Can we put the national day date or a hashtag on the side?

Yes. A small side or back embroidery for a date, hashtag or Arabic phrase is common for national day caps. It is an extra position and is priced as such in your quote.
