A low-cost branded backpack for large events
A 600D polyester promotional backpack is the simplest full-size backpack a company can hand out in volume: two zipped compartments, a front pocket, padded shoulder straps and a carry handle, at a price that works for hundreds of pieces. The 600D weave is thicker than the 210D fabric of a drawstring bag, so the backpack keeps its shape with books, a water bottle and a jacket inside. How the logo is printed on 600D polyester
The front pocket is the main branding spot, a flat panel of about 150 x 100 mm.
- Screen printing in 1 to 4 spot colours is the most economical method for large runs and gives a crisp, opaque logo. See how screen printing on bags works.
- Heat transfer suits logos with gradients or fine text, up to about 120 x 80 mm.
- Embroidery of about 80 x 60 mm gives a more finished look for staff versions.
A white or yellow print on navy, black or royal blue gives the strongest contrast from a distance.
Packing and delivery for bulk orders
Backpacks are supplied flat in individual polybags, which keeps carton volume down for event logistics. Mixed colours in one order are common, for example one colour per team or region. Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for this backpack?
The usual minimum is around 100 pieces because the backpack is priced for volume. Smaller runs may be possible in stock colours. The current minimum is shown on this page and confirmed in your quote, depending on the branding method.
Can we split the order across colours?
Yes. Many clients order two or three colours in one run, for example a different colour per school house or event zone. Each colour usually needs a reasonable share of the total, which we confirm in the quote.
Is it strong enough for school books?
Yes for everyday use. The 600D polyester is thicker than giveaway drawstring fabric, the straps are padded and the main compartment fits A4 files and books. It is not designed to carry a laptop, which needs a padded sleeve.
