The matte two-tone mug is the mid-range choice in our custom mugs and cups. The soft-touch coloured outside and glossy contrasting inside look more designed, so it works for client desks, meeting rooms and welcome kits where a plain white mug feels too basic. How the logo looks on matte ceramic
Laser engraving on ceramic removes the matte coating so the logo shows in the white ceramic beneath, which gives a crisp, permanent mark of about 60 x 50 mm without ink. It suits single-colour logos and Arabic calligraphy. Screen printing in one colour is an alternative where you need a specific brand colour, such as gold on black. We send a free digital mock-up so you can check contrast before production.

What colour does the engraved logo appear in?
Laser engraving reveals the white ceramic under the matte coating, so the logo appears in white or off-white on every mug colour. If you need your exact brand colour, we suggest one-colour screen printing instead, and show both options on the mock-up.
Can we choose the inside and outside colours?
The standard combinations pair a matte outer colour with a white or matching glossy interior. Other combinations may be possible on larger quantities, and we confirm availability and the minimum in your quote.
Is the matte mug suitable for daily use?
Yes. It is made for hot drinks and everyday office use. We recommend hand washing to keep the soft-touch finish looking new, and include care notes with the delivery.
