Printing a custom kraft mailer gift box

Kraft board has a warm, matte surface that suits simple designs:

• Screen printing in 1 or 2 colours, typically black or white, over about 200 x 150 mm on the lid. This is cost-effective for repeat orders.

Printing the inside of the lid with a welcome message in Arabic and English is a low-cost way to make the box feel personal.

Sizes, inserts and ordering

Mailer boxes are made to size, so tell us what goes inside and we suggest dimensions that avoid empty space. Tissue paper, shredded paper fill, a card insert or a printed sticker seal can be added. Boxes ship flat and are assembled and packed before delivery if you order the full kit from us. We send a free digital mock-up and a dieline before production.
