Why bone china suits premium gifting
Fine bone china is thinner, lighter and whiter than standard ceramic, and lets a little light through when held up. It feels refined, rings when tapped and resists chipping better than its thin walls suggest. How the logo is applied
The logo is printed as a ceramic decal or by direct screen printing on porcelain and then kiln-fired, so it becomes part of the glaze and lasts. Logos can be in one or two colours, in full colour, or in a gold tone to match the rim, at about 60 x 50 mm. Arabic calligraphy and fine line logos reproduce cleanly. A free digital mock-up is sent before production, and a pre-production sample is possible for larger orders.
Packaging and ordering
Each mug is presented in a rigid box that can carry your logo by foil stamping or a printed sleeve, ideal for Eid al-Fitr gifts for clients and year-end gifting in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi or Kuwait City. Real gold rims should be hand washed and not microwaved. Kiln firing adds time, so the lead time on this page is longer than for standard mugs and is confirmed in your quote with the MOQ. Frequently asked questions
Can the logo be printed in gold?
Yes. A gold-tone logo can be fired onto the mug to match the rim, and it looks elegant on white or black bone china. Real gold decoration means the mug should be hand washed and kept out of the microwave.
Why is the lead time longer than for other mugs?
Logos on bone china are fired in a kiln so they bond with the glaze. Firing, cooling and quality checks take extra days compared with sublimation or screen printing on standard mugs. The exact lead time is confirmed in your quote.
Can we see a sample before the full order?
For larger orders, a pre-production sample with your logo can usually be arranged, which adds time before mass production. For smaller orders, we rely on the free digital mock-up and photos of the finished mugs before dispatch.
