Branding options
The front flap is a smooth flat area for a logo of about 100 x 60 mm. Screen printing in one colour is durable on polypropylene. UV printing allows full-colour logos and fine detail. The tab labels can also be printed with months in Arabic and English or with your service categories, which makes the file feel made for the recipient.
Packing and ordering
Files are packed individually in polybags and boxed in cartons. How many documents does it hold?
Each of the 13 pockets holds around 20 to 30 sheets of A4 paper, so the full file can hold a few hundred sheets when it expands. Very heavy use is better suited to the version with a reinforced spine and handle.
Can the index tabs be printed?
Yes. Tabs can be printed with months, Arabic and English labels or your own categories, such as service names. Blank write-on tabs are standard, and printed tabs are quoted separately.
Is a version with a handle available?
Yes. A carry handle on the spine turns it into a portable file case for meetings and site visits. We confirm the handle option and its colour in your quote.
