Built for conference registration

A printed A6 event badge holder is the large, soft clear pouch that conferences use for delegate badges. At about 11 x 15 cm it takes an A6 badge with a name, company, QR code and session schedule printed on the back, with room for business cards and meal or transport tickets behind it. A resealable top keeps everything in place.

Organisers of conferences and exhibitions, summits and medical congresses in Dubai, Riyadh, Doha and Manama order them alongside lanyards for every attendee. The size makes names readable from a distance, which helps networking and security checks.

Branding the pouch

The logo or event name is printed on the top band above the window by screen printing in 1 or 2 colours, keeping the badge area completely clear. Sponsor logos are often placed here as part of a sponsorship package.

Ordering for events

Pouches are supplied flat in boxes of 100 or more, or pre-attached to printed lanyards and counted out by delegate category so registration runs smoothly. Allow time to print the badges themselves before stuffing. Frequently asked questions

Will an A6 badge with a QR code scan through the pouch?

Yes. Scanners and phones read QR codes and barcodes through clear PVC normally, as long as the film is clean and not wrinkled. We recommend a quick test with your registration system when the first pieces arrive.

Can sponsors’ logos be printed on the pouch?

Yes. The top band holds one or two sponsor logos in 1 or 2 colours, which is a common way to add value to a sponsorship package. For more logos, sponsors are usually printed on the lanyard instead.

Do you also print the badges?

Our focus is on the branded pouches and lanyards. If you already have a badge printing partner, we can match the pouch size to their badge format, and we can deliver pouches and lanyards pre-assembled for faster stuffing.
