Is the canvas cotton or synthetic?
It is heavy cotton canvas, typically 16 to 20 oz, which gives the bag its soft structure and natural look. A water-repellent treatment can be added on request; we confirm it in your quote.
Can the trim be genuine leather?
Yes. The standard version uses PU leather trim, and genuine leather handles and patches can be quoted for premium gifts. Genuine leather adds cost and some lead time, which we show in the quote.
What is the minimum order?
