Frequently asked questions
Can we create our own scent name?
Yes. You pick a fragrance from our list and give it a name that fits your brand or campaign, such as your company name or a season. The name is printed on both labels in English and Arabic.
Is the diffuser safe to fly with?
Diffuser oil is a fragrance liquid and is not suitable for hand luggage in larger volumes. For international recipients, a candle-only version or two candles is the safer choice. Within the GCC, boxes travel by road.
Can the jars be reused?
Yes. Once the candle has burned down, the glass jar can be cleaned and reused for pens or small items, which keeps your logo on the desk. A short reuse note can be printed on the care card.
