Is the crystal dishwasher safe?
The tumblers are lead-free crystal glass, and the engraving is permanent. Hand washing is recommended to keep the glass clear and avoid chipping, and a care card can be included. The marble coasters should be wiped clean, not soaked.
Can each glass be engraved with a different name?
Yes. Each tumbler can carry a name or initials, which makes the set feel personal. Send a list with English and Arabic spellings, and every line is shown on the proof before engraving.
How do you prevent breakage?
Glasses are wrapped and set into fitted cavities, then boxes are packed in double-walled cartons with dividers. If any piece arrives broken, tell us with a photo when the delivery is received so we can look into it quickly.
