When a custom printed spiral notebook is the right choice

A custom printed spiral notebook gives you the largest branding area of any notebook for the lowest cost per piece. The whole front and back cover is yours: logo, campaign artwork, a QR code, event dates or a map of your stand. The double-wire binding lets the book fold back flat, which is handy for note-taking in workshops and seminars.

Print quality on a card cover

Covers are produced with full-colour digital print, so photographs, gradients and Arabic calligraphy reproduce clearly. A matt or gloss lamination protects the print from scuffs in bags. For simple one or two colour logos on a kraft cover, screen printing is an option and gives a natural, eco look.

Uses, packing and ordering

Event teams order these by the hundred for conferences and exhibitions in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha, often with a branded pen. Training providers and universities use them for course packs. Notebooks are packed in cartons of bulk units, and individual shrink-wrap is available. Minimums and lead time are shown on this page and confirmed when you ask for a quote.

Frequently asked questions

Can every notebook have a different design?

Digital printing allows several cover designs in one order, for example one per department or event track. Tell us how many versions you need and we confirm the split and any minimum per design in your quote.

Can we print the inside pages too?

Yes. Inner pages can carry a light logo in the corner, a header line, or a printed agenda at the front. This is common for training programmes and is confirmed with a mock-up before production.

Is a kraft cover available?

Yes. A natural kraft card cover suits brands that prefer a simple, earthy look. It works best with one or two colour screen printing in dark ink. We show you the result on a free digital mock-up.
