The most permanent way to brand a blanket
A custom woven jacquard throw does not have a logo added afterwards: the design is woven into the cotton on a jacquard loom, so the pattern appears on both sides in reverse colours and cannot peel, crack or fade off. At about 130 x 170 cm with knotted fringes, it is a home piece that stays on a sofa or bed for years.
Designs can be a repeating logo motif, a geometric pattern inspired by Sadu weaving, a city skyline or a commemorative layout for an anniversary. How detailed can the woven design be?
Weaving works best with bold shapes, lines and logos that hold up at a few centimetres in size. Very fine text or thin lines are simplified. We convert your artwork into a weavable pattern and show the result in a mock-up first.
Why is the minimum higher than other blankets?
The loom is set up specifically for your design and colours, so short runs are not practical. In return, every throw carries your pattern woven through the fabric, which looks premium and lasts for years.
Can the yarn colours match our brand colours?
We match yarns as closely as possible to your brand references from the available yarn range. Exact matches are not always possible in cotton, so we share yarn colour options before production for approval.
