Arabic names and dates engrave clearly on steel, and every personalised line is checked on the proof.

Frequently asked questions

Can the logo be on the watch dial?

Yes. A dial logo is printed when the watch is assembled, so it needs a higher quantity and a longer lead time than case-back engraving. For small runs, an engraved case back with the logo and a personal message is the usual choice. The quote explains both.

Is there a warranty on the watch?

Watches are covered against manufacturing defects for a period that depends on the movement used, and the quote states it. Batteries are fitted before delivery. Damage from misuse or water beyond the stated resistance is not covered.

Can we order men and women sizes together?

Yes. Most orders combine a larger men size and a smaller ladies size in the same style, often with different strap colours. Tell us the split, and both versions appear on the mock-up and in the quote.

Can each watch be engraved with a different name?

Yes. Each case back can carry a different name, title or service milestone. Send the list in a spreadsheet with English and Arabic spellings, and we return a proof for every name before engraving begins.
