A gift that is opened every day of Ramadan
A Ramadan calendar box brings your brand into the recipient's home for the whole month. The flat box, about 40 x 30 cm, has 30 numbered doors or drawers. Behind each one is a treat for that day: a premium date, a filled date or a wrapped chocolate, sometimes with a short card. Families often open one compartment at iftar, which makes it a favourite with children.
Companies send these boxes to clients and to employees' families a few days before Ramadan begins, across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait. It sits alongside the other dates and chocolate boxes in our range and the wider Arabian heritage gifts collection.
Designing the calendar box
The whole box is printed with full-colour digital print, so the artwork can include your logo, brand colours, a Ramadan Kareem greeting and traditional motifs such as lanterns and crescents. For a premium version, the lid can carry a debossed logo of about 100 x 50 mm instead. The small cards behind each door can carry daily messages in Arabic and English, such as kindness tips or simple activities for children.
Ordering and delivery
Calendar boxes must arrive before the first day of Ramadan, so orders are best confirmed well ahead of the month. Boxes are packed flat in protective cartons and delivered across the GCC. Because these are food products, packing dates and product details are confirmed in your quote, and we recommend planning distribution close to delivery. The MOQ and lead time are listed here and confirmed in your quote. Read our Ramadan corporate gift planning page, then request a Ramadan calendar box quote.
Frequently asked questions
When should the boxes arrive?
Ideally a few days before the first day of Ramadan, so families can open the first door at the first iftar. Because custom printing is involved, please confirm your order well before the month and we will plan delivery dates in the quote.
Can we choose what goes behind each door?
Yes. You can choose plain dates, filled dates, chocolates or a mix, and add small printed cards with daily messages. The final contents and their order are agreed in the proof.
Is it suitable for children?
It is designed as a family gift, and children usually enjoy opening the doors. If nuts are a concern, we can fill the box with nut-free dates and chocolates; tell us in your request.
