A handmade Gulf souvenir
Sand art bottles are a long-standing Gulf craft. An artisan pours fine coloured sand layer by layer into a clear glass bottle and uses thin tools to shape dunes, camels, palm trees, falcons or a dhow, then seals the sand so the design stays fixed. A name, a date or a short word can be written into the sand. The standard bottle stands about 15 cm tall on a small wooden base.
Because it is handmade and clearly local, it is a favourite for international visitors, conference delegates and National Day gifts in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Muscat. Branding and personalisation
- Your logo is UV printed on the wooden base, about 40 x 15 mm.
- A round domed sticker of about 30 mm can be added to the cork or a neck tag.
- Names or short text can be created in the sand, typically up to around 10 characters, in Arabic or English.
We share a reference design for approval before production. Each bottle is handmade, so small variations are part of its character.
Ordering and delivery

Frequently asked questions
Can each bottle carry a different name?
Yes. The artisan can write a different name in the sand of each bottle, usually up to about 10 characters in Arabic or English. Names add time to production, so please send the list with your order.
Will the sand move during shipping?
No. Once the design is finished, the bottle is packed tight and sealed so the layers stay in place. Each bottle travels in a box with a protective insert to avoid breakage.
Can the design use our brand colours?
Yes. The sand can be coloured to match your brand palette, or you can choose desert tones or national flag colours for National Day. The reference design shows the colours before production.
