Branding on the metal cover

Laser engraving gives a crisp, permanent logo on the swivel cover, about 35 x 12 mm. On silver it shows as a dark mark, and on coloured anodised covers it shows bright metal. For a full-colour logo, UV printing can be applied to the same area. Both sides of the cover can be branded, for example your logo on one side and a website or Arabic slogan on the other. You get a free digital mock-up first.

Data preloading, packaging and ordering

Files can be preloaded and, if needed, locked as read-only. Drives come in a small gift box or a tin, ready for conference and exhibition giveaways or onboarding packs. Frequently asked questions

Can you load our files onto the drives?

Yes. We can preload presentations, brochures or videos you supply before packing. Files can also be set as read-only so they cannot be deleted. Preloading adds a little time, which we include in the quote.

Is the full 32 GB available?

Like all flash storage, part of the stated capacity is used by the file system, so the usable space is slightly lower than 32 GB. This is normal for every brand and size of USB drive.

Which capacity should we choose?

For presentations and documents, 8 or 16 GB is usually enough and keeps the budget lower. Choose 32 or 64 GB if you are preloading videos or expect recipients to store large files. We can quote several capacities side by side.

Can we engrave on both sides?

Yes. The swivel cover has two flat sides, so you can engrave your logo on one and a website, slogan or Arabic text on the other. We show both sides in the mock-up.
