Why a custom magnetic fridge notepad keeps your number at hand

A custom magnetic fridge notepad is one of the few promotional items that goes home and is used by the whole family. It sticks to the fridge for shopping lists and reminders, so your logo and phone number are seen every day in the kitchen. That is why restaurants, delivery services, pharmacies, maintenance companies, real estate agents and clinics across the GCC use it to stay top of mind.

Tall format of about 9 x 21 cm, also available in A6 or square
50 tear-off sheets with lines or a checklist layout
Flexible magnetic sheet on the back, holds on fridges and steel cabinets
Printed header and footer with logo, phone number and QR code

It brings a home-use option to our sticky notes and memo pads collection, different from desk pads used at work.

Printing the pad

Each sheet and the magnetic header are printed with full-colour digital print. Keep the phone number and QR code large, and leave the writing area light. A bilingual Arabic and English header works well, for example a "shopping list" title in both languages. We send a proof of the header and one sheet before printing.

Seasonal ideas and ordering

Pads with a Ramadan planner, an iftar shopping list or a prayer time strip are popular for Ramadan customer campaigns in Dubai, Sharjah, Riyadh and Kuwait City. They are light and flat, so they can be mailed or added to delivery orders. Combine them with pens from our office and stationery gifts. MOQ and lead time are shown here and confirmed when you request a fridge notepad quote.

Frequently asked questions

Is the magnet strong enough for a fridge door?

Yes. The flexible magnetic back holds the pad on most fridge doors and steel cabinets, even as sheets are torn off. It will not hold on stainless steel that is not magnetic, which a few fridge models use.

Can we add a Ramadan or monthly planner layout?

Yes. Sheets can be printed with a weekly meal plan, a Ramadan iftar list or a simple checklist instead of plain lines. We design the layout with your branding and send a proof.

Can it be mailed with orders?

Yes. The pad is flat and light, so it fits in delivery bags, envelopes and parcels. We can shrink-wrap each pad with a card insert for direct mailing to customers.
