A full-colour printed acrylic medal is cut from 5 mm acrylic, about 70 mm across, and printed with any artwork, including photos, gradients and many logos. Clear acrylic gives a modern glass-like look, while mirror gold and mirror silver suit podium positions. Because it is printed digitally and laser cut, any shape is possible without a mould.

Acrylic is the best option when the design is colourful or changes often. Printing on acrylic
The face offers up to about 65 mm of print.

Is acrylic durable enough for a medal?
Yes. Cast acrylic is shatter-resistant and light, so it handles crowds, children and shipping well. The print on the back of clear acrylic is protected from scratches during wear. Edges are polished smooth for safe wear.
Can we use a photo or many sponsor logos?
Yes. Digital printing has no colour limits, so photos, gradients and multiple sponsor logos all print in one pass. We check every logo for clarity on the mock-up. Send high-resolution files for best results.
How is it different from a metal medal?
Acrylic is lighter, lower cost and allows any colourful design without a mould. Die-cast metal has more weight and relief detail, which suits podium and premium medals. Some events use both, acrylic for finishers and metal for winners.
