Are batteries included with the LED candles?

This depends on the supplier batch and shipping route, as some batteries cannot be packed in certain shipments. We confirm the battery type and whether batteries are included in your quote, so you can plan for them before distribution.

Can we print Ramadan Kareem on the candles?

Yes. A short greeting such as Ramadan Kareem or Eid Mubarak can be UV printed on the tallest candle next to your logo, or printed on the gift box sleeve. The Arabic calligraphy is shown in the mock-up before production.

Do the candles have a timer?

Most sets include a timer that keeps the candles lit for six hours and then switches them off, repeating every day at the same time. The exact controls and whether a remote is included are confirmed for your batch in the quote.
