A keepsake rather than a throwaway
A custom die-cast enamel keychain is cast in zinc alloy from a mould of your design, then plated and filled with coloured enamel, much like a quality lapel pin. The result is a weighty, jewellery-like tag that people keep. Typical size is 4 to 5 cm, about 3 mm thick.
HR teams use them as onboarding keepsakes and service milestones, companies give them to partners and VIP guests, and government entities order emblem shapes for UAE National Day and similar celebrations in Abu Dhabi, Riyadh and Muscat. They also suit club memberships and loyalty programmes.
Enamel, plating and branding options
The front design is formed by raised metal lines with enamel filled between them. Soft enamel leaves the lines slightly raised; hard enamel is polished flat for a smoother, premium finish. A protective epoxy dome similar to doming stickers can cover printed details, and the back can be laser-engraved with a message or serial number.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between soft and hard enamel?
Soft enamel sits slightly below the raised metal lines, giving a textured feel and a lower cost. Hard enamel is filled level and polished smooth for a more premium, jewellery-style finish. Both last well on a key ring; we show either in the mock-up.
Can each keychain be numbered or personalised?
Yes. The back can be laser-engraved with sequential numbers, names or dates after casting. This is popular for service awards and limited editions, and we confirm any extra time it adds in the quote.
Which gift box options are available?
Common choices are a velvet pouch, a black or blue hinged box with foam insert, or a printed card box with your logo. Boxes can carry an Arabic and English message on the lid or sleeve.
Can a national emblem or flag be used?
Flags and colours are widely used for national day orders. For official emblems or government logos, we ask that the client confirms they have permission to use them before production starts.
