Can each award have a different name and title?
Yes. Most award orders have individual names, titles and categories. Send a list and we prepare a proof per award, in Arabic, English or both, for you to approve before engraving.
Can you add our brand colours?
Yes. UV printing adds full-colour logos directly onto the crystal, and it can be combined with frosted laser-engraved text. It suits brand colours that need to match exactly.
What is the smallest order?
Crystal awards are usually ordered in small numbers, and a typical minimum is around 10 pieces. Single pieces may be possible. The exact minimum is confirmed in your quote.
How are crystal awards packed for delivery?
Each award ships in a rigid presentation box with a fitted foam or satin lining, then in a protective outer carton. This protects the edges during delivery across the GCC.
