Engraving along the bamboo
Laser engraving is the right method for the bamboo shell: a logo or short message runs vertically along the body at up to about 40 x 80 mm, in a natural brown tone with no ink to wear off. Arabic calligraphy suits the tall shape well, for example a Ramadan greeting under your logo. Names can be engraved per piece for long-service gifts. A free digital mock-up shows the layout before production.
Packaging and ordering
Each flask ships in a kraft gift box, and a printed sleeve or a premium box with space for loose tea can be added. Hand wash the bamboo; do not soak it. Frequently asked questions
How long does it keep tea hot?
As a double-wall vacuum flask with a screw lid, it typically keeps drinks hot for several hours and cold for longer. Exact times depend on the starting temperature and how often it is opened, so we do not quote a fixed number of hours.
Can the infuser be removed for plain water?
Yes. The steel infuser sits in the neck and lifts out, so the flask can be used for water, coffee or juice. Without the infuser, it pours and drinks like a normal flask.
Does the bamboo shell need special care?
Wipe the bamboo with a damp cloth and dry it, rather than soaking it or putting it in a dishwasher. The steel inner can be washed and rinsed as normal. With that care, the bamboo keeps its finish.
